The High Priestess asks us to dilate into our inner depths, reminding us of the value of our own intuition and even the most difficult of our emotional experiences.  Cas and longtime friend and collaborator Jen, consider the energy of the High Priestess as a companion for navigating the unseen, unknown and uncertain, asking how we might find rhythms that better honour our experience in the here and now, especially when it feels so overwhelming.
