In this powerful heart-led episode, I sit down with Will Maas to explore the raw, honest and deeply human journey of returning to our truth and choosing to lead from the heart.
After hitting rock bottom mentally in 2014, Will began a ten-year journey of deep self-reflection and healing. As a recovering perfectionist, he has explored a wide range of healing modalities and is currently delving into the world of numerology.
Deeply passionate about mental health, Will feels a strong calling to help others reconnect with their true essence. He’s also a tradesman, a brother, a son, and someone who finds joy in the natural world and the lifelong pursuit of knowledge.
Will shares what led him to this breaking point in 2014 - a rock bottom moment where the universe (and his body) told him it was time to stop, reassess, and choose a new path.
From that fork in the road, he began a journey inward, reconnecting with his true essence through different modalities like meditation, breathwork, and a willingness to feel the full spectrum of his emotions.
We speak about breaking free from societal expectations, letting go of the “normal” path of career, house, kids, and instead tuning into the quiet call of the heart.
Will shares about living and working in remote Indigenous communities across the Kimberley, the power of community and what it’s really like to live in deep connection with yourself and others.
We also explore masculine and feminine energies, emotional expression in men, the power of mens work, the importance of eldership, and the ripple effect of sharing your story with others.
