So many people assume that calories in vs calories out is the most important aspect to fat loss.
Yes, it's obviously important.
But what if you don't think you are worthy of being a smaller size? What if you don't think you are capable of losing weight? Well then it doesn't matter how clean your diet is, you will always go back to your previous weight.
Changing the way we view ourselves and our self limiting beliefs is key in the fat loss game. Without that you will just be spinning your wheels continuously.
