Max Verstappen claimed a sixth straight Formula 1 win the British Grand Prix, as Lando Norris defeated Lewis Hamilton for second.
Verstappen was relatively untroubled at Silverstone after dispatching the fast starting Norris on Lap 5, easing to a 43rd career win.
A Safety Car bunched the field up allowing Verstappen, Norris and Hamilton to pit and not lose as much time as those behind including Oscar Piastri and George Russell.
Verstappen bolted on the restart as Norris aggressively defended against Hamilton, but the race ended with two British drivers on the podium in their home race for the first time since 1999.
