Motivation is great and I could tell you a million things to get you motivated to go to the gym, but it comes down to two simple things that’ll actually get you to go to the gym.
1. Finding a strong “why” behind why you want to go to the gym.
2. Turing wanting to go to the gym into a “have to” go to the gym.
Motivation will help, but these two things are more important. Figure out what your why is and you’ll be a regular at the gym in no time!
