Since it's gonna hit a high of 93 degrees today, 91 schools in the Philadelphia school district will be closing 2 hours early because they don't have air conditioning. 

Crisis averted, the Senate voted to raise the debt ceiling limit so that come Monday, the U.S. can pay its bills.
