How does sound healing work? You might hear sound bowls called singing bowls, or Tibetan singing bowls and they’ve been used for centuries. Every bowl has its own frequency just like the 7 chakras have their own individual frequency. In this episode I’m breaking down each of the chakras and how you can tune in and realign yourself through sound healing. My goal is to bring this knowledge and the experience of sound healing to as many people as possible. Its time to tune into your unique frequency and what your mind, body, and spirit needs.
