Episode 2 is all about the Liv Well Daily Method! 

Liv started this episode with Genesis 2:18-23 showing how God uniquely created woman in a different way from any other creation He created. How cool is our God? Immediately, you can begin to see the divine blueprint of woman and God's unique purpose for her lire. Liv believes our wellness journey begins with understanding first and foremost our identity. The Liv Well Daily Method is built on Ephesians 4:1-7 as Liv starts with where women base their worth before assessing their health. God desires women to know that He created her, He loves her, and wants her to live in freedom that only He can provide so she can begin to steward her body well to fulfill her God given destiny here on earth. 

Liv then moves into the nutrition method which is all about making each meal better not complicated using the LWD Method. She breaks this down into three categories and elaborates on each.
