Cultivating Connections is created by two brothers who have come to learn that at the root of our problems is our inability or unwillingness to connect. Our tendency to disconnect from everything has led us into hopelessness and despair, into drug addiction and depression. We realized in order to promote our mental health we needed to explore ways to cultivate connection in our lives. This podcast is one of our attempts to do just that.
