This probably isn't your conventional first podcast episode, but I needed to share, so I did.

The feelings are real, they're happening now and I wanted to put them out there - while cooking up lasagna #MumLife.

So, on the 2nd anniversary of my Dad's passing, I kick-start this project. Finally.
