This week, I’m joined by lawyer and businesswoman Helena Ryan. Helena is a Co-Founder of WellFest, Ireland’s largest fitness, wellness and health festival. Each year, the festival features high profile guest speakers, including the likes of Davina McCall; Joe Wicks also known as The Body Coach; and Irish athlete Derval O’Rourke.

Since it began in 2015 the festival has grown to attract an audience of over 11,000 people.

In 2018 Helena was named Image Magazine’s Young Businesswoman of the Year. Helena is also a solicitor working full time as a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Department of William Fry.

I caught up with Helena late last year and she shared with me how she got the idea for WellFest, her exciting plans to take the festival abroad and what she has learned about herself along the way. I hope you enjoy listening to her story.
