"You can spend your energy being yourself, or hiding yourself." In this episode, I take you through my most recent Ego-upsetting decisions:
Moving from corporate to coaching,
Moving from coaching to CREATIVE,

The Ego is the backseat driver that thinks it's keeping our life car on the road, when really, it's keeping us stuck. From a metaphysical perspective, The Ego is a massive energy drain.
I also talk about:
What The Ego actually is (hint: not an Olympian)
How to strengthen your nervous system so The Ego's fear stories don't prevent you from truly living
How to trust yourself and the Universe, not The Ego
The myth that some people are fearless by nature, when we can become fearless through this practice
How I knew it was time to stop energizing old versions of myself, and set my authenticity free.
Listen: never take directions from a backseat driver. The Ego can't see the map, so they're driving without sight. You'll end up careening off a cliff.
Trust yourself truly, and you'll never look back.
