20. Are those ‘bad habits’ still bad habits?

Sometimes we need to remove certain habits or activities from our lives because they were causing us physical, emotional, or spiritual harm, and doing so is a brave act.

That said, we oftentimes grow in fantastic ways that allow us to reintegrate these habits and actions!
