Gloria Muñoz and Awa Ngom are the founders and creators of the Dancehall group Junction Crew from the Netherlands. They play a vital role to bring the right knowledge about the style of Dancehall and Jamaican culture to the community. They are teaching regular classes and have created both theatre shows and managed their own stage on one of the biggest festivals called JamRock. 

In this interview, we discuss what it means to be a guest in someone else culture, the biggest learning moments from running a crew, and much more.
