20: Brain Break, Recharge, or Escape?

How do you restore your reserves?  Are you intentional about that, or rarely think about what's involved?  In this episode Peter and Todd discuss the processes they have found and employed, what has and has not worked.  As usual there are a few sidebar conversations which eventually come back around to the point of discussion.
