Today I want to introduce you to Pam Hird. She is a naturopath and we talk all about burnout today. Pam helps men and women prioritize their health and well-being. She’s a naturopath and nutritionist and a personal trainer. She enables people to take control of their mental health and their various health conditions through natural medicine and healthy lifestyle changes. She’s realistic about the ways to create a happier and healthier life. She has been through her own personal journey through high-performance sport and career roles but she shifted from burn-out, depression, and anxiety to balance and bouncing forward. Today we talk about burnout, how to heal yourself from burnout, and how to recognize the signs that you’re sleeping into a potential phase of burnout and what to do about it.
