Welcome to our 20th episode!!! We are so excited to be back recording together - FINALLY. This episode was a great one to come back to and there was a lot we needed to cover. First, we talk about the evolution of bullying and how it’s changed in our lifetime. It was important for us to acknowledge how we could help our children’s generation be better (and ourselves too!) . Kelly shares a very personal story about the reasons why she’s a little more sensitive to others’ comments, takes things very personally and may mistake others words for an attack. Brittany recounts the times she was bullied and we discuss how we can prevent bullying from happening in the first place. We added a bit of conversation about our anxiety and how it shapes the way we feel about bullying. If there is one takeaway from this episode it’s in a world where you can be one thing, please be kind. You truly never know what others are going through.
