In a mostly abandoned future earth, two humans follow the real-life migration patterns of the Monarch Butterfly to actual physical locations as if reclaimed by the hands of an unrestrained wilderness. A biological adventure through the surreal lens of “what if!”

Heavily researched, the book is an interactive learning experience. Exploring the long multi-generational path of the Monarch that carves through overlooked pockets of Western America’s wildlands.
