Edward Bunn has been the Executive Director heading up the team at the All England Jumping Course Hickstead for over 30 years. His father, Douglas Bunn, developed this iconic centre of excellence for equestrian sports as a passion project, wanting to deliver something in the UK to compete with world-class equestrian centres in Europe.

The showground is now one of the most iconic in the world, attracting global talent and huge sponsors. But with only two main competion events each year, how can Hickstead turn their venue into a 365-day revenue stream?
