Today we were joined by Conor O'Shea who is a mobility & rehab coach for guys over 30 who want to feel better and stronger without spending hours at the gym each week.


I'm a big fan of fitness so I was keen to get Conor on as I know he has a lot to share with our audience. We went through a lot of the mistakes people make when starting their fitness journey and how Conor helps people achieve their goals through online training methods. 


Conor also shared some really valuable advice for someone who is just starting out or maybe has not exercised in a long time.
