This week I’m talking to Emma Louise Veitch, Founder of All Things Customer. 

Apart from being an expert in all things customer experience Emma’s also raised over £61,000 for the Teenage Cancer Trust and Jersey Hospice Care.

In this episode I find out more about growing up with entrepreneurial parents, accidentally writing a children's book, getting into the motor trade as a young woman and why Bats, yes you read that right, were the hardest customer of all!
