There's so many ways we can say the things we want to say.  And often, we find that it is not WHAT you say, but HOW you say it.  Let's unpack that with a few real-life anecdotes, and application.  I will leave you with this challenge...if you choose to accept it--

When you find yourself inclined to judge a person for the way they are speaking or behaving (now more than ever), before you open your mouth to respond, check yourself and your story by asking yourself: 

Why would a reasonable, rational, decent human being do this? I am telling you, it is a game-changer.
