Germaine has been in the image making business for over 20 years, starting off as a photographer herself before later starting her own business as an agent. She talks to Lauren about what it takes to be a brilliant photographic agent, how photographers should approach their portfolio, and how a year spent travelling in the Amazon rainforest proved useful in her business many years later.
