Harmony Pyper is currently the Head Girls Basketball Coach at Chaparral High School in California.  Coach Pyper is an Occupational Therapist by trade and uses her knowledge and experience in her field to be a more effective leader.  We talk about the Need for Women Coaches in Athletics, Mental Health, Team Bonding in her Program and the importance of Communication amongst her athletes and coaches.
