Kelly has tripled the profitability of Zadie B's in 6 months of one on one work, by designing a new website for Zadie B's, finding the correct staff for each retail store, running the social media campaigns and providing direct coaching for the staff and owner. With Kelly's one on one coaching, Zadie B's has grown from two mall locations to three, with plans for a fourth store in 2020.
