Jay Abbasi's life was flipped upside down when his father unexpectedly passed away in 2014. On top of this tragedy, he was accumulating debt, his marriage was falling apart, and he was at a job he didn't love. Unwilling to except his suffering, Jay went on a journey to find solutions and answers to his problems. He found mindfulness. Mindfulness not only gave him a way to relieve some of the grief and suffering, but it allowed him to gain clarity in his life, who he is, and what he wants to do with his time on earth. This newfound energy and clarity took him to work for SolarCity and Tesla where he ended up running training programs across the Nation. Then, in 2019, he started his own business Jay Abbasi Consulting. His mission? To end human suffering.
