  1. When facing resistance, learning to trust your gut and have faith is what will fuel you to keep moving forward. It won’t necessarily make it easier, but it will help to keep your ego and thoughts of fear at bay so they don’t stop you in your tracks.
  • When it comes to doing what you love and what you feel called to do, there is no recipe for success. Allow your intuition to take the lead. It may take a lot of mindset work and healing work, but it is so worth it.
  • When you learn to be present, that’ when you’re able to see the magic of life so much more clearly. Meditation can be a great tool to help you get in the present moment. This helps to train your brain to come back to center when it veers off course.
  • Gratitude is a magic unlocking. When you give it, you also receive it at the same time. In your heart, truly feel the gratitude. When it comes from that energy space, that where the power lies.
  • Our lives don’t have to be made up of either/or choices. They can be a beautiful blend of everything we know to be true. We aren’t meant to live our lives in a defined way. When the walls fall down from the box you’ve been living in, things start to make so much more sense.
