Mellara's story is quite fascinating, by no means traditional or easy, and somehow here she is thriving as a yoga and meditation teacher and mother of two and doing it with as much love as she can!  She has a wonderfully gentle way of speaking and sharing ideas and her words carry the reality of her life experiences creating power within her tenderness :-) Thank you so much Mellara!
