This week's episode is probably my favorite one to date. It is 100% my number one requested topic and such an important one today. I am talking to one of my classmates and friend, Madelyn Siner. Madelyn brought up the topic of mental health to me because it is so important to her as it is to me as well. We live in a society today different from previous generations when it comes to mental health. We get as open as it gets hitting all the topics on the beginnings of our journeys, the signs, testing, and advice we would give from our situations. This one gets deep so if anything sounds triggering to you, please feel free to skip anything you need to.
