In the final chapter of Nehemiah we see that after 10 years or so the people have slipped back into their old ways. Nehemiah arrives in Jerusalem, from returning to Babylon as promised in Chapter 1, and starts to bring reform back to the people. Many of the previous issues are at the forefront of this reform; Marriage, Giving and Sabbath rest.
