We chat about all things leadership - Nikki's own journey into the field, her background as an immigrant, how she deals with so many amazing opportunities on her plate, and - although daunting - why it is both important and inspirational to be the only one who "has the same cultural background as you do or speaks the same language that you speak at home" in your workplace or dream field.
