OKAYBRO is a Seattle-based Design, Branding, and soon-to-be Clothing brand. OKAYBRODAVE is the founder and creative director, but also a father, a CrossFitter, a weightlifter, and a generally dope dude. We discuss his time at Foundation CrossFit was and is like, how fitness makes him a better father and mountain biker, raising daughters, his creative process, and more. We do an AMRAP (as many responses as possible) and mention a couple of future projects.
