In this week's episode, I chat with my dear friend and fellow coach Misty Springer all about owning your inner authority. This was such a fun conversation where we both shared so much from personal stories and examples of our own struggles and past limiting beliefs/ patterns to the science behind feeling sensations, thoughts, unconscious thoughts, and beliefs.
