So that you know where things are, you know things are taken care of, and you can focus on the tasks you want to be doing.”

For them to be fully utilised, fully supported, have work lined up, and feel like they’re doing what you've asked of them… you need a structure that supports you as a team.”

You might want to be involved in more than that. But if we create your business as a separate entity to you, and you have capacity within the business so that you can choose what to be involved in. You can choose what clients you want to work with. You can choose what projects you want to work on.”
