In this episode, I speak on soul contracts. I explain how we agree to have certain experiences with other souls before we incarnate in this physical realm.

I go into the idea of soulmates and how the people closest to us throughout our lives are part of our soul family and we have many life times together, switching roles in order to learn lessons and balance karma.

I discuss how we can get tied to the idea of a romantic partner being our only soulmate and remain in relationships where the "contract" (lessons) is complete.

We dive into the different romantic soulmates available to us depending on how far we've advanced on our journey and what lessons we've integrated.

Free will always comes into playand we can choose to stay with a soulmate or graviate towards another soulmate.

I talk about the importance of only being in a relationship where both people are actively working on themselves and the relationship so it can progress forward.

Also being very clear on what it is that you want from a romantic partnership and being honest with yourself if what you have is what you want.

As we learn to love ourselves, have a deep sence of self worth, and heal our unhealthy relationship patterns, our vibration raises.

Our soulmates will either meet us at our level or we will attact someone else who will.
