In this episode of Mom 2.0, I share my personal story of finding myself after becoming a mother. I talk about how I went from feeling lost and overwhelmed to finding my new normal and feeling more content than ever before. I also discuss the importance of self-care for mothers and how to find balance in your life.

I know that many mothers feel lost and overwhelmed after becoming a mother. I felt that way too. I felt like I had lost myself in the chaos of motherhood. I didn't know who I was anymore. I didn't have any time for myself. I was always tired and stressed.

But I'm here to tell you that it's possible to find yourself again after motherhood. It's not easy, but it's possible. The most important thing is to be patient with yourself and to give yourself time to adjust to your new role.

Here are some things that helped me find myself after motherhood:
- I started taking care of myself. I made sure to get enough sleep, eat healthy foods, and exercise regularly.

- I found a support system. I started talking to other mothers about my experiences and stopped trying to do everything myself.

- I set boundaries. I learned to say no to things that weren't important to me.

- I took time for myself. I made sure to schedule time each day for activities that I enjoyed.
