In this episode I update my progress in regards to the Forged SPARTAN prep I'm going though.
I also bring up a conversation I had with a fellow dad earlier this week that really sparked the whole focus of this episode.
With this, I discuss the concept of the 'Slow Grind" and how it's committing to the SLOW AND STEADY results overtime that help you create the MOST change in the end.
In a world that's focused in on the quick fixes and instant gratification type mindset, you must set yourself apart by committing to the GRIND and accepting the PROCESS.
In the end, the PROCESS and being on the journey is the RESULT.
There is no ultimate destination, rather there's just intermittent destinations.
