Are you telling people exactly what you need? Are you communicating clearly? Are you (still) beating yourself up? Do you always need to be right? Who is in your inner circle, are they (still) zapping your good energy? 

This week Jenn and Natasha discuss and learn 20 mindset tips to start your 2021. Yes, we know it's March. Yes, we set a few resolutions for 2021 back in January...but we sort of forgot what they were, we needed to be reminded and liked this list better than our resolutions! 

We found many tips on this list as a good check-in to see how mentally healthy we are...some good, some we aren't doing so good. By the end, we made two commitments from the list.
