There are many things that you could feel hopeless about. It could be your finances, your health, weight, career, business, a relationship, etc. These are things you invest a lot of time and effort in, and if they don’t go to plan, it’s easy to feel deflated and defeated.

Please reach out to somebody and share what you are going through and allow yourself to be vulnerable. Do not suffer in silence. The second thing we talk about is taking inventory. This means that you need to look at your habits, thoughts, beliefs, and perspectives.
