What followed would be a media firestorm. They were obsessed with the former “blonde bombshell” and her handsome ex boyfriend. It was a tale of obsession, sexual desire, and hidden personalities. Jodi Arias stalked Travis Alexander for months prior to murdering him, unwilling to accept the fact that they were never going to get back together. She went so far as to slash his tires and send a disturbing message to a woman he was seeing at the time. Jodi Arias narrowly avoided the death penalty after two juries could not come to a unanimous conclusion. She is currently serving a life sentence in Perryville Prison.
