Bec's free masterclass
Bec is a mindset coach and hypnotherapist who is about to celebrate one year of running her business Voyage MCR.
She has always had a passion for psychology, mental health and understanding the why behind people's behaviour and wanted to create a way of helping others on their journey within and making their mind a safe and positive place to be.
She completed a bachelor's degree in Applied psychology and a master's degree in clinical and health psychology in the hopes of becoming a clinical psychologist. However, after doing some soul searching and realising she wanted to help people in her own way, she did her NLP, Hypnotherapy and Timeline Therapy training which has led her down a more holistic route of helping others on their healing journey.
Her aim is to help others understand their subconscious mind through positive psychology and the power of language. She aims to help people go on a journey of self-discovery and let go of their limiting beliefs, transform their mindset, build confidence and resilience and improve mental wellbeing by giving them the tools they need to lead a happier and more fulfilling life.
