Bio of myself:
Marisa is the doula and childbirth educator behind Roaring Motherhood. I have been married for 9 years and a mother to 3 blessings with 1 on the way. Christ has placed upon my heart, a calling & ministry, that encourages women to get back to having him in the center of it all. We can create positive change in the birth world by nurturing, educating, and healing ourselves through a holistic and faith-filled lens.

Guest bio (Morgan R.):
Part of my story, through my own planned home birth, has been God showing me the innate design He has placed on pregnancy, birth, womanhood, and mothering. I have a deep respect for God’s design and trust in a Woman’s body. God revealed much of this to me through my own planned home birth that resulted in a cesarean, also known as a home birth cesarean. I’m excited to share and connect with other like-minded women.

We are called as women and mothers to boldly proclaim the truth. I believe that it is my ministry to speak up and fight for the ways in which God has called us to be a mother. I pray you will open your heart and minds when listening in today!
Blessings, Marisa!
