20 | When therapy, mindfulness, yoga don't work

It was like I put on carnival glasses. It was psychedelic. It was like trees were popping out at me. It was like a Tim Burton movie. The texture of tree bark was moving off the tree. It was the most amazing experience of abundance and gratitude.

Breathwork can be a powerful experience. When we’re engaging in practices like yoga, therapy, mindfulness and others, we’re searching for a shift in how we feel. Breathwork helps to find it - by bringing in embodiment.

Bringing in safety as we question our beliefs, and making changes, and exploring our relationship with ourselves.

Join me and fellow breathwork facilitator Jenny Cheifetz as we discuss practices that help you connect more deeply with yourself and your body. We share how we went from not knowing what the heck breathwork is, to becoming facilitators, and how powerful the experience can be.
