In August of 1982, a mysterious young man was spotted by some locals who lived on Little Bitter-Root Lake in Montana. He appeared to be injured, soaking wet, and carried a duffle bag with him. A week after the man had passed through, a plane was discovered at the bottom of the lake that had ties to Vancouver, British Columbia.
