What does it mean to be perfect? The reality is that ‘perfectionism’ is a glorified trait that holds us back from reaching our true potential. ITN founder Cynthia Garcia shares moments from her life when her obsession with being perfect stopped her from leveling up, and how she was able to overcome the fear of putting herself out there in a vulnerable way. 

 

Perfectionism is a way to shield us from external opinions, discomfort, and true feelings. When Cynthia connected with someone who was inspired to transform her life after reading her book The PINK Method, something shifted.
