200 First Dates

200 First Dates - What is Susie Searching For?

Listen Later

Today's Episode outlines the nuts and bolts of what traits Susie is looking for in a partner and her expectations for this experiment. I ask her a series of questions that outline relationship deal breakers, and she outlines where she'll draw the line with sharing.

Inspired by Brooke Castillo, “If you’re really serious about it, if you really want to find someone that you enjoy spending time with, how about you go on 200 dates in the next year?” https://thelifecoachschool.com/podcast/3/ Sam Bear (your host) challenged her friend a for now anonymous (pseudonym Susie) 30ish, professional woman, who is single with no children to document her dating journey with the challenge of 200 unique first dates. We are cataloging how she meets her dates (aka what app or was it in person or was it at an event or speed dating etc.), did they wear a mask when they met up - love in the time of Covid - how old are the suitors, their marital status and parenthood status, and highs and lows of the date. We're also going to be covering a variety of topics that women who are in their 30s and have never been married nor had children often experience or at least our opinions on a variety of these subject matters such as do red flags change as you get older, what is the harm in saying yes to everyone, could you actually do a lemon law, at what point do you define the relationship, what are the benefits of the 200 First Date challenge.

Periodically we will have guests on the show to discuss the manifestation of a soul mate as well as how to integrate feng shui into your home to attract more love.

This is an opportunity to make dating in your 30s fun, without pressure, but with direction. Tune in and let's see what happens as the year progresses and Susie goes on 200 unique first dates in one year!
