Live at the Pearl Hotel during the High Vibe Women Event,  Binu hosts business and leadership coach Sarah Lambert to discuss “embodied sales,” defined as selling what you are most embodied in and being the proof of concept. 

Sarah Lambert is a High Performance Business and Leadership Coach for Entrepreneurs and a Mom of 2. Her work has helped hundreds of women scale their online businesses in an aligned and easeful way using Nervous System Informed Strategy and Leadership.

This was such a fun experience with Sarah, who is not only a leader I admire but one of my coaches and mentors. We explore common sales blocks including fear of judgement, visibility, guilt, worthiness, imposter syndrome, and rejection.

Sarah teaches “feel it to free it” by locating emotions in the body, dropping story-based thinking, and regulating the nervous system, noting discomfort can pass quickly. We connect embodiment to alignment, intuition, non-attachment to results, and a default emotional state that influences what clients you attract. Sarah shares contrasting launches (a framework masterclass that flopped vs. an easy-selling nervous system course for moms), answers audience questions on embodiment, identity shifts, multi-passionate branding, and ends with practicing empowering beliefs.

This is a powerful conversation and the live recording brought alot of high vibe energy to us both and to the audience that was with us.
