Thank you for this great poem, now get to work. Love, Peter Kent 11/14/01 Peter Kent had put in 12 hours of back breaking work and I came in late after church to join him in the hot tub. Sitting in his lap, and facing him, he was tender and oddly quiet for the longest time. When he spoke, he said, “I think I love you, Carole Lewis”, to which I responded, “In time you will know for sure.” He thought about that for a moment and said that he was sure, but he still didn’t sound sure. I was touched by his vulnerability and believed that the words truly came from his heart. I know with the love that I have to offer him, he will one day look back on this moment and be glad he took a chance.

 

I've been writing my story since I was able to write, but when the media goes to share it, they only choose the parts that fit their idea of what will generate views.  If I'm going to share my story, it should be the whole story.  The titles are the dates things happened.
