Michael Schumacher was the bookies favourite going into this race after winning the first two races of the season, but as ever in F1, chaos would ensue at some point.

This was it.

Mika Hakkinen REALLY needed to take back some control after scoring just one point in the opening 2 rounds.

It WOULD seemingly look like a straightforward race until the Brazilian Heavens opened wide!

A German driver would also take his first EVER podium in this race!
