County Attorney Drops ADA Charges
Carole writes Howie At 10:46 AM 2/28/03: The County Attorney called Scott and said they are dropping the ADA charges. I am awaiting confirmation via fax, but it looks like good news.
I will try to be at your place by 7PM tonight, unless I hear different from you. I got all 7 quiet title suits prepared and emailed to my attorney. I think that must be some sort of record for me. Having some of the stress relieved made it easier for me to focus. Having you last night relieved a lot of tension. ;-)
I revisited the figures and comps on Timberlan and countered at 160k. It sold for 190k in 1999 and wasn't in much better condition then.
The printer under the desk is an Epson Stylus C80. I have no idea if that means laser or bubble jet, because it is in my HP box. You are welcome to it if you need it. I bought it for Jamie, but she needed a larger carriage for printing 14 inch photos. My mother bought the exact same printer the same week and as a result this one was used for only a week before being relegated to under my desk. I am one of those people who won't take things back to the store, if they don't fit, don't work or I don't need them. The whole family is like that, so I am guessing it is a genetic defect. - Carole

Thank you for the nice offer of the printer. The spare I have is probably similar, but I do appreciate the offer. Tom Patke is [email protected], 839-0959 if you decide you want to talk to him. Not sure what he is like to work with. When he calls about lunch, I'll see if we can coordinate a tour. If it clears and you feel like roller blading late afternoon I'm game. Interesting in seeing if there are any movies that might be fun this evening? - Howie
I've been writing my story since I was able to write, but when the media goes to share it, they only choose the parts that fit their idea of what will generate views. If I'm going to share my story, it should be the whole story. The titles are the dates things happened. I know there will be people who take things out of context and try to use them to validate their own misconception, but you have access to the whole story. My hope is that others will recognize themselves in my words and have the strength to do what is right for themselves and our shared planet.
